Talk to our team
Email service@bjrsjjvkts.com or call +86 15794910202. Include your order number where applicable and a brief description of your question. For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label help us review the issue. Please do not send full payment card details.
Product & order assistance
We can help clarify measurements, materials, included vessels and product-specific care. Contact us promptly if you need to change an address or cancel an order; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delivery & returns
Read our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and our Return & Refund Policy before requesting a return. The business address below is not automatically a return receiving address. Contact us for the designated return location before posting an item.
