Terms that apply when you purchase from our store.
1. Store operator & scope
These terms apply to purchases from bjrsjjvkts.com, operated by Guangzhou Aimei Trading Co., Ltd. By ordering, you agree to the applicable terms to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting provisions.
2. Product descriptions
Our collection consists of artificial floral decorations for indoor use. Review the selected product’s materials, approximate measurements, stem or flower counts and included vessels or accessories. Final silhouettes vary with shaping; screens and lighting can affect color appearance. These differences do not remove rights where an item is materially misdescribed.
3. Prices & order acceptance
Review prices, currency, taxes and shipping before ordering. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not guarantee fulfillment while availability, payment or security checks remain pending. If a material price or availability error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund amounts collected for an unfulfilled order rather than impose a revised price without agreement.
4. Payment & customer information
Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details and use an authorized payment method. Reasonable verification may be required. See Payment & Security. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or have appropriate authorization.
5. Delivery, cancellation & returns

6. Safe use
Follow product-specific installation and care instructions. Keep decorations away from children, pets, exposed food, flames and heat. Use suitable mounting hardware for hanging pieces. Artificial flowers and berries are not edible; glass and ceramic vessels may break. Do not use decorative pieces as structural supports.
7. Liability & disputes
Nothing excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Contact us first about a concern so we can seek a practical resolution. Mandatory protections of your place of residence continue to apply where required.
8. Changes & contact
