Shipping Policy
Processing, delivery estimates and help with your parcel.
1. Order processing
After payment confirmation, orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Stock issues, address verification or peak demand may extend processing; we will communicate material delays when practicable.
2. Destinations & shipping charges
Available destinations, shipping services and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Availability depends on the destination and service. If an order cannot be delivered to the supplied address, we will contact you about an alternative or refund amounts paid for an unfulfilled order.
3. Estimated delivery
Standard transit is approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Including ordinary processing, estimated total delivery is approximately 8–18 business days after payment confirmation. These periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, remote destinations, weather, holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
4. Tracking & delivery issues
When tracking is available, we send tracking details after dispatch. Carrier updates may take time to appear. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or damaged on arrival, contact service@bjrsjjvkts.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy where required.
5. Duties & taxes
International deliveries may attract customs duties, processing fees or local taxes. Store-collected charges appear at checkout. Separately assessed import charges may be payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Addresses & lost parcels
Check your delivery address carefully. Tell us about errors promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Lost-parcel claims are reviewed with available carrier information and applicable consumer protections. Customers retain any remedies required by law.
